Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, supervise IT staff

  • Handle annual budget, ensure cost-effectiveness

  • Manage, coordinate all IT matters

  • Troubleshoot, solve hardware, software, network issues

  • Research, recommend network hardware, software acquisition

  • Monitor network utilization, performance

  • Implement network optimization procedures

  • Identify problematic areas, implement strategic solutions

  • Build relationships with IT vendors

Requirements:

  • Problem-solving, critical thinking

  • Analytical mind, research orientation

  • Excellent verbal, writing skills

  • Project, time management skills

  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, leadership skills

  • Previous IT manager experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science

  • Microsoft Systems Administration/System Engineer certification asset
